We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Where items are faulty, have been incorrectly described or do not do what they are supposed to, you can choose between a refund or exchange. Requests for return or exchange of a product must be within 30 days of purchase. To make a return: • Items must be unopened/unused/unworn • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of: • Food items or personal toiletry/beauty products To return a product, post the item back to Campbelltown Arts Centre, 1 Art Gallery Road, Campbelltown NSW 2560 (at your own cost) or bring the item to the same address (opening hours are 10am-4pm daily except public holidays) along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
